Computer Society of Zimbabwe (CSZ) is an internationally recognized professional body for Zimbabwe’s community of ICT professionals. The organization was founded in 1974 to benefit the Computer Industry and its workers. CSZ educates the public on the use and development of Information Technology, brings IT Professionals together, promotes computer use in scientific and commercial environments, and sets industry standards.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Harare. The Office Administrator will oversee daily operations, receive and record information, manage office equipment and supplies, provide customer service, and ensure smooth office administration. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growing the society membership and marketing the brand.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment operation and maintenance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Digital Marketing Skills will be an added advantage
