Good news for CSZ members and the ICT practitioners’ community in the Midlands! The Computer Society of Zimbabwe launches the Gweru Chapter for the benefit of the Midlands family whose interests have been served from either Bulawayo or Harare thus far. This will not be just a launch. In line with this year’s CSZ theme on Information Security, the program will feature a renowned international speaker and trainer from South Africa, Mr Pero Neu’dibel. Mr Neu’dibel will present on his areas of speciality; data storage management, recovery and business continuity. The presentation delves into the best practises and modern methods and technologies available in the mentioned areas, addressing such critical questions as; Can your business survive data loss? Will your data be available in future? In any information age where most aspects of our daily lives and the means of doing business have been digitalised, an event with solutions to security concerns is one not to be missed as we march on towards a secure digital future.
